First of all, the graphics. Genshin Impact is the first game I ever played which has such spectacular graphics. The way you can explore multiple terrains in high graphics. There is a diversity of species, regions, geography, and collectible items. I love the way that every region is based on a real-life place or its history. The characters are lovable and interesting. The thing I love about the characters is that you can easily obtain any character you want, and without spending a dollar/rupee/penny/pound. Now, I’ll move on to the list of things I learned:

  • How to understand terrains on a map, and judging distances.
  • Things about cultures. (For exp, Liyue is based off of China, etc).
  • How to play a game without only smashing the buttons.
  • Exploring.
  • Combat strategies.
  • You shouldn’t judge something/someone based on your first impression.
  • Bargaining. (Courtesy to Paimon).
  • That buying everything isn’t always the solution. Sometimes you have to make things yourself. (I once went from millions of mora, 600,000-700,000, to no mora. Mora being the in-game currency).
  • How to use symbolism while telling a story.

Another thing is that it’s very easy to upgrade your level, be it character level, or Adventure Rank, which is the in-game game level.
